All orders are hand-poured and packed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves us.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $30.

We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Because our oils are applied directly to skin, we cannot accept returns on opened products for hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Once an order is marked delivered, Faye Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
